Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the hygiene seals and tags are intact to meet our quality standards.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse verifies the condition.
